Eï is an earnest young man who wishes to discover the world and make new memories to replace the ones he lost.

Due to his lack of memories, many things confuse and overwhelm him.

Background

Found by Hamael at the edge of the forest where Elves generally dwell, wounded and without memories, Eï was taken to her clinic for healing. Most of his physical wounds were healed with the exception of old burn scars that were seemingly already present on his body for years. In order to treat his magic, Hamael asked Vas’kha to bring him on her travels.

Because of a severe case of retrograde amnesia, he has no knowledge of his past, origins, or even his name. The name “Eï” was given to him by Hamael.

In truth, however, Eï is no mere amnesiac Hamael “happened” to find, but actually the child who had been taken from her as a baby: Aelael, the Vessel of Destruction. Although he was supposed to be sacrificed, he was instead taken in by an exiled elf woman and raised in her pocket dimension. Later on, he escaped the dimension, but the shock of forcing his way through the barrier sealed his powers and memories.

In the back of his mind, sealed alongside the powers he and Vas’kha are trying to restore slumbers something, something ancient.

• He has the ability to sense and communicate with souls of the dead, though he doesn’t realize immediately that’s what they are.
• His natural hair color is silver and eye color is red, but his sealed powers have also hidden parts of his appearance.
