Personality
Valérja is a timid woman who dedicates herself to her craft and tends to shun any type of social contact. She can be curt sometimes, always trying to get out of uncomfortable situations as fast as possible, but she never means to offend.
Background
Refugee of a neighboring district in which humans are no more than cattle, Valérja fled to the District of Seven in hopes of finding not only freedom, but also an opportunity to dedicate herself to art. Initially, she wanted to join the Clan of Lust, known for its appreciation of the arts, however the hyper-social environment scared her off, and she opted for the notoriously-empty Clan of Sloth instead.

- Due to the status of humans in her native district, she never learned to read, though she is currently being taught by Akenega.
- While she spends a lot of time painting, her true talents lie in plays; her inability to read or write and her aversion for people makes this difficult, though.

Despite him looking younger than her, Valéjra looks up to him like a big brother, no longer bothered by his prickly attitude.
