Personality

Umikka is known to be strict but kind, and will often protect reckless travelers from monsters and her fellow harpies, all the while berating them for even coming to such a dangerous place.

Background

Umikka is the current matriarch of the Harpies of the Blue Mountains, reigning over all 14 of her children as both a leader and mother. As is typical for Harpies, Umikka was born in a “set” of seven, with each of her siblings and herself being a specific color of the rainbow. At birth, her color was blue, although she also gained a couple more colors as she got older, like all adult harpies. Her red eyes show that either one or both of her parents were born with red hair and feathers.

As she grew to become an adult, she left the nest, found herself a mate, and made a new nest atop the dangerous Blue Mountains, where she laid her first set of eggs. She would later have a second set as well.
