Amu is aloof and speaks so little, many think she’s mute. She prefers to stay away from other humans, feeling like she doesn’t belong in their world.
Background
Amu was a somewhat normal, if a tad antisocial, teenager before she one day got lost in a forest on a school trip when she was 14. She was never found, and only reappeared two years later in the city, even less sociable than before, and constantly wearing an uneven scarf with strange designs. She’s become somewhat of an urban legend, what with her inhuman strength and sporadic appearances in dark streets.
Her scarf is actually a vessel that contains two spirits she met in the forest two years prior, and who essentially adopted her.
