In general, I don't allow any of my works to be used for commercial purposes (unless otherwise agreed upon), NFTs, or "AI" training.
I've also written some more detailed TOS for different types of my works, listed below, which are susceptible to change at any time. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or concerns about any of those!
Illustrations
You can use all my illustrations for personal use, like desktop wallpapers, without asking for permission. For public accounts, you can use my art as icons and banners without asking, so long as you leave credit somewhere. For reuploads, I don't allow them on websites where I already have an account, but you can reupload to websites I'm not on so long as you ask for permission first and leave credit.
For any other use, please contact me first.
Fanfiction
As stated in my AO3 profile, I write purely for my own enjoyment and don't take any criticism whatsoever. If you don't like it, keep it to yourself. "Don't like, don't read", as they say.
With that said, if you want to rewrite my fics, write spin-offs/sequels, make translations, podfics, and any other transformative work, feel free, no need to ask for permission! Just make sure to mention I'm the original author and link back to the original work. You don't have to link me to the work, but I'd love to see it! ♥
Characters
Fanworks of my characters are fully welcome, including shipping and NSFW works of my adult characters (yes, even if it contradicts their canon sexuality and/or relationships, go ham). I do have some boundaries though, which are following:
- No hateful content (racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.)
- No illegal content (both in my country and yours)
- No commercial use (I don't count personal, non-commercial commissions as commercial use)
- Don't claim them as your own and leave credit, obviously
